The procedure for obtaining an E-visa is as follows:
1. Register on the website of the Visa and Migration Portal (www.vmp.gov.kz)
2. Learn about the requirements for applying for an e-visa after registration
3. Submit the invitation letter provided by Kazakhstan
4. Fill in the visa application form
5. Pay the visa fee
6. Print out the e-visa (the e-visa is formed in the personal account or is sent at the specified email address)
Notes:
• The paid sums of consular fees are not refundable.
• An electronic visa can be issued only if there is a valid invitation from the Kazakh side.
• For issuing an electronic visa, the E-VISA NUMBER received from the inviting Kazakhstan side is required.
• The issued electronic visa must be printed for presentation at the crossing of the State border and in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• The electronic visa entitles the entry / exit to the Republic of Kazakhstan only through the international airports of Astana and Almaty.
• Electronic visas are not issued for travellers with children.
